Usui Shiki Ryoho (the Usui System of Natural Healing), is a Japanese Healing Art, most commonly used for stress reduction and relaxation. It assists the mind/body/spirit connection and is a gentle way of releasing old energy, patterns and emotions that no longer serve you.
Our divine Reiki sessions can be done with one or two (Synergy) Reiki Master Practitioners.

Reiki One Workshop - $190
A beautiful introduction to the gentle healing art of Usui Reiki, a Japanese relaxation technique to reduce stress and anxiety and promote wellbeing. Learn the history behind this ancient healing technique, the Reiki ideals and principles and become empowered with the 'gift' of Reiki. The workshop covers hands on demonstrations, the body's chakras and energy channels, practice and guidance on this sacred healing modality.
Cost is $190.00 including certification and morning tea.
As class numbers are kept small, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking (fully refundable if workshop is cancelled)
Reiki Two Workshop - $250
Develop and further empower yourself with the gentle healing art of Usui Reiki. Learn and become attuned to the sacred symbols of Reiki. The workshop covers and empowers the use of the first 3 Reiki symbols, emotional/mental healing, sending distant healing over time and space and accessing the Akashic records. Participation in meditative techniques to enhance your chi/prana/life force, hands on practice and demonstrations by 2 Reiki Master Teachers and ongoing guidance and support beyond the workshop.Discussions on setting up a business, insurances and associations will also be covered.

Guided/Wellness Meditations
30-40 minute Guided/Wellness Meditation Session - Private $80 Small Groups (P.O.A.) (NDIS funding available where applicable)

They are a must for those who wish to broaden their perception of why we are here, or those who seek guidance from within or beyond the stars. A wonderful tool for relaxation and for managing and helping relieve anxiety and daily stresses.
